1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WeDoo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WeDoo provides a platform connecting customers with moving, transportation, cleaning, junk removal, handyman, organizing, storage, air duct, locksmith, and other home service providers in the Denver metro area and across the Colorado Front Range. We act as an intermediary and do not directly perform the services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed before confirmation. Payment is processed securely through our platform. Cancellation policies vary by service type.

5. Service Provider Terms

Service providers on our platform are independent contractors. WeDoo is not responsible for the quality of services provided but maintains quality standards through ratings and reviews.

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic liability coverage up to $10,000 is included with all moving services. Additional full value protection is available for purchase. WeDoo's liability is limited to the coverage amount specified.

7. SMS Communications & Consent

You may opt in to the WeDoo (DAR Express LLC) SMS program by checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the booking forms at wedoo24.com. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of using our services, and is given directly to WeDoo (DAR Express LLC) alone. Messages may include:

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@wedoo24.com or +1 (888) 303-5201. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our services, but you may miss important order updates.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS/messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This SMS program involves no affiliate marketing, third-party lead generation, or third-party marketing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not misuse the platform, provide false information, harass service providers or other users, or use the service for illegal purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the WeDoo platform are owned by WeDoo (DAR Express LLC) or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
